Hypnotherapy enables you to overcome the blocks which have prevented you reaching the weight you desire. Some of these blocks may include eating too quickly, emotional eating, eating the wrong types of food in too much quantities, eating disorders, and eating at the wrong time of day.
Hypnotherapy is a positive approach to reaching a healthy weight. This contrasts with the traditional dieting approach which tends to focus on sacrifice and struggle and often does not provide the desired results in the longer term.
Weight management clients receive a workbook, which includes; how to measure your Body Mass Index (BMI), how to focus on reaching a healthy weight, healthy weight tips, useful Internet resources, and a further reading list. Weight management clients also receive a CD to listen to at home.
I also offer a Virtual Gastric Band, which consists of four sessions and a CD to listen at home.
